5. Payments & Fees
Fees, payment schedules, and project terms will be specified in written agreements. Late payments may result in suspension of services. Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
6. Third-Party Platforms
We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates made by third-party platforms such as social media networks or advertising providers.
7. No Guarantee of Results
While we aim to achieve strong performance outcomes, we do not guarantee specific marketing results, revenue increases, or audience growth.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspire Models LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms set out in the individual agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services if these Terms are breached.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
